The OSArch open source architecture community has published a freely licensed BIM template library for use with BlenderBIM, covering common UK building types including residential, education, and healthcare facilities. Templates are aligned to the UK BIM Framework and include pre-configured IFC property sets. The release is intended to lower the barrier for smaller architecture practices adopting open BIM workflows without commercial authoring tool costs.
