A mid-sized NHS foundation trust in the East Midlands has gone live with ERPNext for procurement, inventory, and finance functions following an 18-month implementation led by consultancy Systemic. The project replaces a legacy Oracle system and represents one of the largest ERPNext deployments in the UK public health sector. Trust officials report a 40 percent reduction in per-user software costs and improved integration with their existing Linux-based infrastructure.
