Homes England has begun a phased rollout of OpenProject, the open source project management platform, to coordinate its affordable housing delivery pipeline across regional offices. The agency cited dissatisfaction with Microsoft Project licence costs and poor integration with its existing data infrastructure. The deployment, managed by systems integrator Informed Solutions, replaces a mix of spreadsheets and legacy project tools.
