Southwark London Borough Council has signed a three-year contract to deploy Nextcloud Hub as its primary document collaboration platform, replacing Microsoft SharePoint for a majority of internal teams. The decision follows a data sovereignty review prompted by concerns over US-based cloud storage of planning and licensing records. The implementation is being handled by UK-based Nextcloud partner Collabora Productivity.
