Norfolk County Council has gone live with ERPNext for revenues and benefits back-office processing, ending a long-standing dependency on Oracle E-Business Suite. The migration, delivered over 18 months by UK integrator Frappe partner SynergyTech, is projected to save £680,000 annually in licensing and support costs. The council has committed to contributing configuration modules back to the ERPNext open source community.
