Bracknell Forest Council has gone live with ERPNext as its primary finance and procurement platform following an 18-month implementation project, becoming one of the first UK local authorities to run the open source ERP in a full production environment. The council worked with UK-based implementation partner Resilient Tech to configure the system for local government chart of accounts requirements and integrate it with its existing Capita revenues system. Annual software licensing savings are estimated at £95,000.
