Sunderland City Council has completed a phased migration of its revenues and benefits administration to Odoo, replacing a legacy Capita system that had been in place since 2009. The council reports annual licensing savings of approximately £340,000. The implementation was delivered by UK-based Odoo partner Acsone, with the project spanning 14 months including staff retraining and data migration.
