QGIS 3.38 Released With Enhanced Collaboration Tools for Planning Authorities

The QGIS project has released version 3.38, introducing improved shared layer management and real-time annotation features aimed at multi-user planning environments. Several UK local authorities, including Bristol City Council and Leeds City Council, have already begun piloting the update within their spatial planning teams. OSGeo UK has published a migration guide for authorities still running QGIS 3.28 LTR.
