The OSGeo project has released QGIS 3.38, introducing improved handling of the British National Grid (OSGB36) coordinate reference system alongside new georeferencing tools. Several UK local planning authorities, including Leeds City Council and Bristol City Council, have already announced they will adopt the release as part of their digital planning infrastructure refresh. The update also improves integration with the Ordnance Survey Data Hub API.
