Several mid-size UK architectural practices, including Stride Treglown and Sheppard Robson, have begun trialling OpenProject as a project coordination layer alongside their existing BIM workflows. The open source project management platform is being evaluated for its ability to integrate with IFC-based toolchains and replace proprietary tools such as Asana and Monday.com. Early adopters cite transparency of data ownership and self-hosting capability as key factors in their decision.
