Aberdeenshire Council and Moray Council have jointly procured a self-hosted Odoo ERP deployment to replace their ageing Agresso financials system under a shared services arrangement brokered by the Convention of Scottish Local Authorities. The implementation, led by Edinburgh-based open-source integrator Tecnova, covers finance, procurement, and HR modules. Go-live is scheduled for April 2026, with the councils anticipating combined savings of over £500,000 per year once the transition is complete.
