Mid Devon District Council has completed a full go-live of Odoo, the open source ERP platform, covering finance, procurement, and HR modules after an eighteen-month implementation led by systems integrator Wilkes & Co. The council selected Odoo following a competitive procurement under Crown Commercial Service frameworks, citing lower total cost of ownership compared to Unit4 and Oracle bids. Early performance data shows a 30 percent reduction in purchase order processing time against the previous system.
