Nottingham City Council has completed a phased migration of its revenues and benefits processing to an Apache OFBiz-based platform, replacing a legacy Capita system. The move is expected to save the authority approximately £1.2 million over five years in licensing and support costs. The implementation was delivered in partnership with UK open source integrator Civica Alternative and took eighteen months to complete.
