Hampshire County Council has reported annual savings of approximately £800,000 following its full migration to Nextcloud Hub for file sharing and collaborative document editing, replacing SharePoint and OneDrive. The migration, completed in partnership with open source integrator Linaro Public Services, covered around 7,500 staff accounts. The council's CTO noted that data sovereignty and the ability to self-host on existing infrastructure were decisive factors.
