The deployment replaces Microsoft SharePoint for document collaboration on housing delivery programmes, covering over 1,200 staff. The agency estimates first-year savings of around £180,000 and has shared its implementation configuration publicly on GitHub as a reference for other arm's-length bodies considering similar transitions.
