Leeds City Council is piloting OpenProject, the open source project management platform, to coordinate its West Yorkshire Mass Transit infrastructure programme. The trial involves over 120 users across planning, transport, and procurement teams. Council digital leads say the platform's Gantt and roadmap features compare favourably with Microsoft Project, with an anticipated full rollout decision expected in Q3 2025.
