Dartmoor National Park Authority has deployed a self-hosted instance of Nextcloud Hub 8 to manage sensitive planning and conservation documents, replacing a legacy SharePoint Online arrangement that raised data sovereignty concerns under the authority's environmental data policies. The deployment, hosted on UK-based infrastructure provided by Mythic Beasts, includes integration with Nextcloud's ONLYOFFICE connector and has been extended to partner organisations including Natural England and Devon County Council.
