Bristol City Council has completed phase one of a migration of its revenues and benefits case management functions to a customised deployment of the Apache Fineract-based Mifos platform, replacing a legacy Capita system. The project, delivered in partnership with supplier Gluu and Bristol's internal digital team, went live for council tax processing in March. Phase two covering housing benefit workflows is scheduled for autumn.
