Bristol City Council Deploys OpenProject for Capital Infrastructure Programme Management

Bristol City Council has gone live with OpenProject to manage its £340 million capital infrastructure programme, covering highways, schools, and public buildings. The open source project management platform replaces Microsoft Project Online following a procurement review that cited cost and vendor lock-in concerns. The council's ICT team has published its configuration templates on GitHub for other authorities to reuse.
