Bracknell Forest Council has gone live with OpenProject, the open source project management platform, to coordinate its £42 million capital works programme spanning housing, leisure, and highways. The deployment replaces a legacy Microsoft Project Server environment and includes integrations with the council's existing Agresso finance system. Council officers report improved visibility of project interdependencies and a reduction in manual reporting overhead.
