A growing number of mid-sized UK architecture practices, including Feilden Clegg Bradley Studios and HawkinsBrown, are reported to be evaluating or deploying OpenProject as a self-hosted alternative to Asana and Monday.com for project and resource management. The shift is driven by concerns over subscription cost inflation and the desire to retain sensitive client data on practice-controlled infrastructure. OpenProject GmbH confirmed a 34 percent rise in UK commercial support enquiries over the past twelve months.
