NHS Property Services has launched an internal estates planning dashboard built on OpenStreetMap and the PostGIS spatial database, replacing a legacy Esri-based system. The tool allows estates teams to visualise property portfolios, accessibility corridors, and planned capital works across over 3,500 sites in England. Development was led by in-house digital teams in partnership with OSGeo:UK, with the codebase published under an Apache 2.0 licence on GitHub.
