Speckle, the open source BIM data platform backed by an active developer community, has closed a £4.8 million Series A funding round led by Hoxton Ventures. The London-based startup counts Buro Happold and Grimshaw Architects among its active users, who use Speckle to exchange IFC and parametric model data across multidisciplinary project teams. The funding will accelerate development of self-hosted enterprise features.
