/

The Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government has confirmed funding for a twelve-month pilot deploying open source digital planning tools, built on the RIPA platform, across Buckinghamshire, Medway, Dacorum, Tewkesbury, and North Yorkshire councils. The pilot aims to test automated validation of planning applications against local plan policies using linked open data. Results will inform the forthcoming update to the Levelling-up and Regeneration Act planning data standards.
