Lincolnshire County Council has gone live with an ERPNext-based finance and procurement system following an eighteen-month implementation led by systems integrator Frappe partner Newbridge Solutions. The deployment replaces an ageing Capita-supplied system and is projected to reduce annual software licensing expenditure by £340,000. The council has committed to contributing configuration modules back to the ERPNext open source community under a MIT licence agreement.
