Property technology firm LandTech has announced integration of the Planning Inspectorate's open data API and the DLUHC-backed PlanningData.gov.uk service into its site sourcing platform. The move allows developers and planners to access live local plan allocations and constraints data without proprietary middleware. LandTech said the integration reduces data latency from weeks to hours for clients across 50 English local planning authorities.
