Several mid-sized UK housing associations, including Aster Group and Stonewater, are reported to be evaluating ERPNext as a replacement for ageing Oracle E-Business Suite deployments, according to a survey by social housing technology network HouseMark. The open source ERP platform's property management and asset tracking modules have been extended by UK integrator Frappe Partner Network member Systeme.io to support Homes England regulatory reporting requirements. A community working group has been established to pool development resources.
