Bristol City Council has gone live with OpenProject, the open source project management platform, to coordinate its £340 million capital works programme covering highways, schools, and leisure facilities. The council worked with local integrator Agilisys to configure the platform with custom workflows aligned to RIBA Plan of Work stages. The deployment replaces a legacy Microsoft Project Server environment that the council described as costly and inflexible.
