Speckle, the open source BIM data platform, has secured a contract with NHS Property Services to manage building information across more than 300 healthcare estates in England. The deal marks one of the largest public sector deployments of an open source BIM tool in the UK to date. Speckle will integrate with existing Revit workflows while providing a vendor-neutral data layer for long-term asset management.
