An NHS Estates and Facilities trust in the North West has completed a full rollout of Nextcloud Hub as its primary document collaboration platform, replacing Microsoft SharePoint Online for internal estates project documentation. The deployment, managed by local integrator Proact IT, covers approximately 1,200 staff and stores CAD drawings, O&M manuals, and asbestos register data. The trust reports annual savings of £180,000 while retaining full on-premises data sovereignty.
