Construction and property services firm Wates Group has selected Odoo, the open source ERP platform, to manage subcontractor onboarding, purchase orders, and payment runs across its social housing maintenance division. The implementation, led by Odoo partner Cybrosys, is expected to complete in three phases by Q3 2025 and will integrate with Wates' existing Oracle Primavera scheduling environment. Wates cited Odoo's open architecture and lower total cost of ownership as key factors in the selection.
