Northumberland County Council has completed a migration of its revenues and benefits processing workflows to a customised deployment of Apache OFBiz, replacing a legacy Capita system. The council worked with local integrator Agilisys to configure the ERP platform over an 18-month programme. Officials say the move is expected to save approximately £340,000 annually in licensing and support costs.
