Six London boroughs, including Hackney and Lewisham, have completed a joint migration to QGIS 3.38 for spatial planning and highways asset management, replacing legacy Esri ArcGIS licences. The collaborative procurement, coordinated through London Councils, is expected to save a combined £1.2 million over five years. OSGeo:UK provided technical training support during the rollout.
