OpenStreetMap Data Powers New NHS Estates Accessibility Tool

/

NHS Property Services has launched a patient accessibility mapping tool built on OpenStreetMap and the open source routing engine Valhalla. The tool enables estate planners to assess walking and cycling catchment areas around health facilities across England. The project was developed in collaboration with Arup's digital team and published under an Apache 2.0 licence on GitHub.
