The QGIS project has released version 3.38, introducing improved topology validation tools and a streamlined connector for Ordnance Survey's OS NGD API. Several UK local authorities, including Leeds City Council and Bristol City Council, have confirmed they will adopt the release as part of their migration away from Esri ArcGIS Desktop licences. The update also includes new print layout features aimed at planning application map production.
