Norfolk County Council has completed a two-year transition from Oracle Financials to ERPNext, an open source enterprise resource planning platform built on the Frappe framework. The deployment, managed by implementation partner Vegam Solutions, covers accounts payable, procurement, and asset management across the authority's 6,000-strong workforce. Norfolk's digital team reports a 40 percent reduction in monthly reporting cycle times since go-live in March.
